Abstract

The urgency of creation of informationmeasuring systems (IIS) of mechanical torques is proved, measurements of parameters of linear and angular displacements in which occurs on the basis of new principles. The design of the position sensor is given, the parameters of these sensors and their conversion functions are defined. A block diagram of the information-measuring system of mechanical moments on the motor shaft is presented, differing in that the torque is measured both in the static mode and with the rotation of the shaft with the same error. The sensor design and its electrical parameters are given. The sources of the error of the measuring system are determined, and the amplitude and phase errors of the position sensor operating in the single-phase mode are analyzed. The influence of the discrete distribution of the number of turns on the error of the phase display is established – the deviation of the number of turns from the ideal value leads to a deviation of the amplitude from the ideal value. It is shown that the law of variation of the amplitude deviation has higher harmonics with periods that are multiples of a quarter of the length of the toothed surface of the rotor. This makes it possible to select the parameters of IIS
